Hello! I’m Tammy, Chief Empowerment Officer at 212 Degrees. I specialize in career coaching, employee engagement, and customer service—and the powerful synergy that happens where they all intersect. I believe that everyone has the potential to rise—just one degree higher—to reach their personal boiling point, where transformation begins.

As a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Certified Life Coach, and Certified Customer Service Consultant, I bring over 25 years of experience in recruitment, interviewing, coaching and customer service. 

I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals—from physicians and executives to skilled trades professionals and students—and I’ve also consulted with organizations to elevate employee engagement and customer service culture.

Creative and observant by nature, I’m known for my out-of-the-box thinking and fresh approach to challenges. I hold degrees in Business, Marketing, Psychology, and Graphic Design—a unique combination that reflects my passion for understanding people and helping them grow. I love working with both individuals and groups, whether in a classroom or corporate setting, to help them reach the next level. One of my greatest passions is preparing students for the world of work—covering essential topics like interviewing, career exploration, and digital reputation management.
